You Were Born For This

There is A LOT of tired, lost, mental fatigue energy going around as of late.

It has been POTENT, in my opinion.

It can most definitely be explained by the Astrology of the stars right now: Venus and Mercury are both combust under the Sun, squaring Saturn.

But in laymen's terms, it all just means conflict within ourselves, difficulty finding comfort, harmony, direction, and feeling some mental fatigue and restriction.

Just two weeks ago I was feeling the complete opposite: Motivated, bright, and limitless.

And then I remembered...

This is life.

We were born for this - Seriously!

This altered state of motivation, these changes... It is kind of reflective of what life is about after all.

Life cannot be lived in one state, it will ALWAYS shift on us.

If you're anything like me, you simply do not enjoy the loss of motivation, feeling limited and aimless.

I start to feel suffocated without a cause.

But if this is how life just IS, then it is in our nature to adapt and develop resilience in these times.

Astrology is a symbolic system, meant to interpret life's happenings.

Whether you believe in it or not, it still carries some symbolism you can learn from.

Just as the planets shift into different positions constantly, our internal states do too.

By next week, the planets will shift and it'll all change once again.

Just like our internal states.

So during this icky time, the only thing you have to worry about is allowing it to help you build patience.

To help you build resilience (Saturn's specialty).

You were born for this.

To experience the full gamut of states: tired to excited, hopeful to hopeless.

There is a higher self behind your Earthly form who came here to do just that.

You are here to develop and grow through all your experiences.

You are NOT the shifts- Remember that.

Try not to get caught up in the energies, and don't let them derail you.

Taking it one day at a time and prioritizing sleep and health during this Taurus Season may be all about what you can give (I'm right there with you).

Let's give the air some time to clear, day by day.
